World Wars and India’s Role

Holocaust refers to the mass killing of Jews by Nazi Germany during Hitler’s rule.

The Great Economic Depression of 1930 created severe economic problems worldwide.

  • Political instability

This crisis contributed to the rise of dictatorships.

 

World War II (1939–1945)

The Second World War started in 1939 and ended in 1945.
